Sent money to wrong person

Iv sent 12 dollars to this [removed] and as u can see I mistake put *lm* at the end by.com what can I do

Does it say completed or unclaimed on your paypal account?

If completed then email the wrong email address and request a refund.

If they refuse and you used the goods/services option to send the funds then open a dispute for non receipt of item and then put in what has happened and if no refund escalate to a claim. As they have nothing to send you then you may get a refund via paypals buyer protection policy.
