I have been using PayPal for 20 years, and this is the first time I've been stuck. I have repeat customers and my method for invoicing is to duplicate an existing invoice, revise it, and then send. I am unable to do that now; when I try to save a draft with updated changes, I keep receiving an error message "Some of the fields have invalid values. Please correct and try again". None of my attempts have been successful. Here is what I've tried:
- Clearing my cookies and cache
- Changing the category of sale from service to goods
- Trying different browsers (Chrome and Edge) and incognito mode
- Changing dates to a specified date or no due date
- Switching to classic invoicing
- Working up a new invoice
Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this.

The fix for me was to create a new invoicing template. Only took 7 hours to figure it out;-)
