Hi Could someone please assist me? I am trying to withdraw from my PayPal through fnb however it gives me an error that says failure to retrieve account details and permissions. I've tried doing it on the fnb app as well however it says my PayPal is not verified. I've withdrawn from PayPal before so I don't know whats the cause of this
You need to call the Paypal/ Forex Department at FNB. Phone or email Paypalenquiries(at)fnb(dot)co(dot)za and make sure your account has money when you try link PayPal and your bank Bank Card (R30 is a good amount - minimum).
