Steam Chargeback Reversal

My mother requested a chargeback on a steam purchase i made, thinking it was a scam, but it was already refunded. Is there any way i can reverse it?

Speak to your card issuer as a chargeback is done via a card issuer as opposed to a Paypal dispute/claim.

Advice is voluntary.
