Still didn't receive return payment from Payoneer

Hello,

 

I have sent money from Paypal to one of the bank accounts in my Payoneer account using Xoom, Payoneer told me that the payment was canceled because they don't accept transactions from personal bank accounts and they also said to me that they sent back the amount, but still don't receive it yet on my PayPal after 3 weeks.

 

I am trying to contact Xoom and send the proof of return but I received the same email twice saying that the money was sent to Payoneer successfully and there's no error.

 

I am not sure If I can post the proof of return in here or is there any email where I can send and discuss my problem with Xoom or Paypal

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

As mentioned in my original request, I didn't add Payoneer as card or bank account to Paypal, I just made a transaction using Xoom, 

 

Then Payoneer sent back the payment to Paypal
