Streamlabs obs donation help.

I stream on YouTube and my PayPal is linked through streamlabs obs and I have received 4 donation in the span of 2 days and every donation is on hold. I cant confirm the delivery of an item so I don't know what to do. One of my friends received some donations and he doesn't have this issue please help me. I just want to be able to use the money and put it in my bank.

I have this same issue. Rep just lied and said this was something they changed LAST MONTH which now I am seeing is untrue seeing it's an ongoing issue. They told me to have the person who donated, Go on PayPal, not the APP cause it doesn't have the option, and hit the "Confirm Receipt" button. Which is dumb. Cause what happens when you get random people you don't know, donate to you, so you can't link their Twitch user name to their Paypal, like how are you gonna ask.

My issue started after they had an error that tried making my account a Business account, and they made me delete my account just to remake it with the same email and everything. That my account didn't "Have enough history".

Now even more mad I was lied to and given the run around.
