My account is limited, but I got an email saying that my funds are now eligible for withdrawal. When I try to withdraw my money to a Revolut Mastercard the message 'There’s a problem Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction.' appears. How can I fix this?

I am sorry to know that you're unable to transfer funds after receiving notification about withdrawal notification. I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. In this kind of situation, please reach out to PayPal Customer Support so that our representatives can check if the limitation has been lifted completely. The best way to get in contact with us is to click on 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.

I understand the frustration of not being able to find the contact option that you would prefer to use. A direct email address is not one of the contact options available. The contact options that are available will be in the Contact link at the bottom of the PayPal website. If the messaging option is listed, that would be the option closest to emailing, but it exists within our messaging platform rather than outside of it in email. The social media options that @PayPal_Ayesha listed are also available if you would like to use one of those text-based options to begin the discussion.
