How do I fix this error with attempting transfers from Paypal to the Wise Bank Account? "Things don't appear to be working right now Sorry, something’s not right. Please try again later." I get this issue on Google Chrome and on the App. Any help is appreciated.

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.

Ok, thank you. I am getting a American Bank Account with Mercury soon, will that work?

Any U.S bank account you add has to have been opened on U.S soil.

This is for U.S ex-pats living abroad.

You unfortunately cannot add a virtual/digital bank OR a USD currency account.
