I received 119.09 dollars in my paypal account from Arcane Technologies LTD. You deducted a fee of about 6 dollars and I had to pay 113 dollars. But instead of giving 113.06 dollars at the rate of 84 INR, you gave 113.06 dollars at the rate of 81 INR. Why?, When 1 dollar was 84 dollars.
