Transaction dispute

I have been disputing this since June 16th and nothing has happened they will not get back with me PayPal will not say nothing but they are waiting for them to get back with him for 2 months already

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I disputed this on June 16th in they have did nothing first they told me 5 days then they told me a week then they told me 30 days then they told me 60 days now they say 90 days it's like they don't even care and if they are doing this to a bunch of people that is a lot of money can somebody please help me???
