Transaction not showing up in bank account

Hi, I'm currently having trouble viewing a recent transaction in my bank account.  The company I purchased from is saying that the order did not go through but my bank statement apparently says its in there and I can't see it.  If I could get access to it eventually that would be awesome.  Thank you for all your help!

What does it say on the transaction in your paypal account?

It doesn't say anything because I can't view it.

Welcome to our community forum and thank you for your posts!

 

I certainly understand how concerning this can be for you. When you initiate a payment, the money will be placed on hold and the status will show as pending in your bank as well as in your PayPal account until merchant captures the payment. Since the merchant confirmed that the order didn't go through, it's possible that the payment released from the hold in your bank account.

 

You can login to your account using desktop or laptop to view the cancelled orders in the activity page of your PayPal account. If the details of the canceled order are not reflecting in your PayPal or bank account, please check the email received for the payment and contact our team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of any PayPal page or bank support for additional assistance on the status of the payment.
