I work out of state 9 months out of the year I would like to put money in my girlfriends checking account on line using my direct express card cause I can't always make it to a western union go to work before they open and get off work after they close can anyone tell me how to do this or tell me visit possible to do please thank you
If the direct express card has Visa or MasterCard logo on it and already successfully linked to your PayPal account, just send money from your PayPal account to recipient PayPal account with your card as personal payment. Then recipient transfers the money to their bank account.
Alternatively, you can use Xoom to send to a bank account instead of a PayPal account.
