A while ago a made a money transfer from my paypal account to my bank account
This transfer was refused by my bank because it did not accept transfer from paypal. They returned the money to paypal (to "PayPal Europe S.a.r.l. et Cie S.C.A", IBAN starting with LU89)
The problem is that I did not get the money on my paypal account. I sent messages and called paypal support multiple time, everytime they tell me that a case has been opened but then I get no news.
Does anyone know how to get the refund?
