Transferred money from PayPal to Bank was reversed and is now LOST

Hi, I recently transferred money from my PayPal account to my bank account. It was deposited then 3 days later it was withdrawn and shows “PayPal Reversal”. However the money is not in my PayPal balance and nor my checking. I called the bank and they said PayPal initiated the reversal. I then called PayPal and they are saying it was transferred and completed. After talking to several agents I finally had one of them say they would put a trace on it and will take 10 days to get back to me. As of right now, it’s been 10 days since the transfer was first initiated to my bank account and I’m afraid my money is just lost in cyberspace. If anyone has any insight on what to do to get my money back please help me. Thanks

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting! Withdrawals to your bank account usually take 5 to 7 business days to complete. If the transaction status of your withdrawal is "Completed," it means it has completed processing through our system. If you are unable to locate the deposit in your bank account and the status of the transaction is still "Completed" in your PayPal account history, we can trace your withdrawal once 14 business days have passed. Usually, if there’s a problem with withdrawal, it is returned to us and the funds are reversed back into your PayPal balance. Since, you could not find the funds anywhere on the accounts, please contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website to trace the transferred money.
