Trying to upload tracking no

I’m trying to get my tracking no uploaded although the customer has received the parcel today I still Cannot resolve the problem on the APP or safari as soon as I’m going to put the tracking details in the page goes blank And won’t let me do it can anyone suggest anything

Thank you for the post. I am sorry to know you are unable to upload tracking number on the transaction. Just in case, please check if you have followed the steps to Upload tracking information. If yes, and the error persists, it can possibly be a technical glitch which can be fixed by clearing cache and the history of the browser and device used. In case you are concerned about the payment hold, you can ask customer to Confirm Receipt(customer gets the option to confirm the receipt after 48 hours of transaction made) in order to get the payment released immediately.
