Unable to make payment using Paypal on Ebay

Unable to make payment using Paypal on Ebay.

When I select Paypal during checkout, it opens a pop up that logs into my paypal account.

Upon login confirmation, it briefly flashes the screen to press the "pay now" button, but is immediately replaced with error message: "We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method".

My Paypal account is working fine.

Sounds as if the seller has stopped using paypal but not removed it from their auctions OR they have unresolved issues/limitations on their account maybe?

Issue appears on multiple different sellers when I tried testing paypal payment on a few other products, seems to be an issue with my paypal account?

I've tested on a separate Ebay account, same error occurs, so I'm quite certain it's something to do with my Paypal account not being able to process.

Is there anyone from Paypal that can help look into the issue?
