I bank with Bank of America and my old card worked. I keep getting "We’re having trouble with this transaction Try again with another debit card or bank account." with my new card. They replaced my card just because they like to do that. Anyway, I activated it on the BoA site and they had a link to set the card up on Paypal. I even deleted it and manually added it. I still get that message. What's going on?
