You would need to reach out to the merchant to cancel your subscription, however you can cancel the payment here>>

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Be aware if you don't cancel it with the merchant as well they may be able to re-add it.

I can't either. The site won't take my sign in info...Can't close it through PAYPAL. Any ideas
