Advertising says "send money in minutes". But I opened this account 5 days ago, have two valid credit cards and a bank account associated, and all PayPal says when I try to send money is, "Sorry, we couldn't complete your transaction. Try again later." A phone call to "support" says there is nothing wrong with my account, just waiting for "security" approval. Bull! Any merchant on the Net will accept and use those cards immediately. PayPal seems to be useless and their advertising seems fraudulent.
