So i redeemed a paypal ereward from tiktok referral program and its an offer and not in my paypal balance so im not able to use it on every website it. says in the terms and conditions " at merchants that accept PayPal online and are in good standing with PayPal" I just want to know which these merchants are because i havent found any websites where i can use this offer

Usually, when you receive a reward through PayPal we do notify you about the same through email along with the terms and conditions. I recommend you to contact Tiktok support for more details about the reward program. If this is a PayPal reward and you are facing issue to use it.
