Where does the "goods and services" option appear on an invoice???

I received an invoice for an item I am buying. So I look at that invoice and it says Select Payment Method. I clock on PayPal. Then it takes me to my list of credit cards... where I can choose a credit card. Then it says "Complete Purchase". At what point can I choose "goods and services"?
