I had my facebook Ads Manager paypal link setup months ago with no problem. I used paypal to cover the cost of my Ad campaign in march. I tried to swap payment plans from my one card to another with a bigger allowance and my Ads Manager started flipping out. It made me add a debit card to my account just to keep my ad running. I wanted to use my Captital one card but I can't verify the code due to C1's simple transaction layout. Whenever facebook sends me the verify code I can't see it cause C1 only shows Facebook sent me a $1. I'm trying to set everything back to the way it was but now Facebook is accepting my Paypal but won't let me use paypal for to place an ad.
