Will I be charged on an "inactive" payment?

I recently changed my automatic payment subscription for a dating site to "Inactive" after I deleted my account on said site. However, I cannot delete the payment from the "Inactive" category altogether and so I fear I may still get charged for it if the subscription somehow renews itself after 3 months. Does "Inactive" mean I will no longer be charged from my past dating account, or do I need to find someway to delete the payment altogether?

Hi,
Basically, all I am asking is, does an "inactive automatic payment" mean I will no longer be charged on a periodical basis unless I re-activate it? That is all I am asking, do you know the answer?
