adobe is still trying to take money from me, even though ive canceled on their site

adobe is trying to take money from me when ive already canceled my plan but i still have upcoming payments equal to 500 dollars. i told them to remove it and they ignored me and i dont know how to cancel/contact paypal about this. when i go to resolution centre and i click on that transaction i get an error EVERY TIME. please help me 😞
