can’t add bank or card

my account got limited for no reason they sent email after 180 days saying i can now withdraw all funds but when i go to use card that’s connected it’s greyed out and if i try add a bank (iban) or any card it just says “There's a problem with your account. Please contact us so we can help you out.” please could anyone help.

@kernowlass Thanks for the reply when i go into message centre only option is ai chat and just always says no customer support agents are available at the moment

Use the phone option, there c.s. is based in Dublin and are normally pretty good.

You're probably out of luck; their support teams are useless. Something similar happened to my account and, without any explanation of why the account was disabled, they just told me to use their competitors. Check out CashApp or Zelle. You probably won't have as many problems with those services...
