cant pay with paypal

I am having problems paying with pay pal, I used to pay without  any problems , i am trying to buy from JOOM it is not the first time  buying from Joom , when i come to PAY NOW it is telling me THE MERCHANT REQUIRES YOUR BILLING ADDRESS TO COMPLETE THIS PAYMENT , and if I click on PAY NOW it says CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE BEFORE RETRYING THIS CARD , I know I have enough money in the care to pay , can you please help me cause I really need to use paypal to pay

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble to make payment, it could be due to technical issue and request you to please try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser history and use a new browser.

However, if you are still facing issue try sending the payment using a different payment method or try sending the money at a later date/time.
