error code ”Please Enter a Valid Mobile Number” however it is the correct number

Hi,

 

I cannot put my phone number into the PayPal screen to make a purchase. It keeps saying “insert a valid phone number”, but I have used a valid Australian number. I have inserted it in every format possible (with the country code, without the “0”). This is the correct number and is the number associated with my account, and I have tried other numbers and yet it still does not work.
