how to open closed case again

Some websites do purchases for $9.44...I make refund case and upload the file...after I received a mail to go to reply within 10 days I didn't open my mail at that time and the case is closed...is there any way for that to open this case again? ... and how do I talk with the costumer service?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with not receiving your refund. Buyers have 20 days from the date a dispute is opened to resolve it with the seller. If the seller does not respond or a resolution cannot be agreed upon, the buyer or seller can escalate the dispute to a claim. We'll review the case and decide the outcome. If a case closes without being escalated to a claim or without a required response from the buyer or seller, there is not a way to reopen the case or file an additional case on the payment. At this point, we suggest that you contact the seller directly to resolve this issue. If you paid with a card, you may want to contact your financial institution and see if they offer any protection.

Hi Natasha, I'm already contacted with them ... They send me message like cause u open case on Paypal o let paypal solve it ... I ask them many time all there mails talk with PayPal costumer service... If you want I can sent u all mails

You have already been told by a paypal employee that because you didn't bother to escalate the dispute to a claim within the 20 days given the dispute closed....end of for you unfortunately. 


Advice is voluntary.

How come you I open case why you send me again to process if I open case .. what is that ??? Look to the message from them "Hi there Sameh, Thank you for contacting Scribd support. Thanks again and have a great rest of your day! Best regards, Scribd, Inc."" They know you will help them to take my money .. actually you helped them ... I didn't feel save anymore... And I'll close my account if I didn't get any help to get my money back
