issue with transferring funds

Dear PayPal Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am experiencing an issue with transferring funds from my PayPal account to my bank account. Whenever I attempt to initiate the transfer, I encounter the following error message (please see the attached screenshot for reference).

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?


I would appreciate any guidance or steps to rectify this situation as soon as possible.

Not all countries can withdraw to a local bank account, in a lot of countries the only bank account option is a U.S account. So check first that you can withdraw to a bank account in your country and not a card.

 

If you can then...

make sure you have confirmed the bank account.

check the name on the bank account matches your paypal account name.

make sure the funds are cleared and not pending and in your local currency.
