mastercard money transfer limit?

I need to send someone money through paypal and Id like to use either paypal credit or my paypal mastercard. Is there a limit for this transaction like there is on atm withdrawals for the mastercard?

Check your monthly statement or card account info in your PayPal account for the $ limit.
