So im buying a game key for Cities skylines - Hotels and Retreats DLC
so i have the money on my credit card and paypal balance but i contacted the site support after the order not processing and this is what they wrote to me:

I am very sorry unfortunately PayPal transfers and connecting cards to the account is beyond our competence, so I encourage you to contact PayPal Support directly to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your understanding."
So im hoping you guys can somehow process the transaction
