payout from 99 Designs fails

Hi, this is the first time this is happening.

I'm a freelancer and recently I requested a payout from 99 Designs in the amount of $ 465.00 USD but it failed.

99 Designs Support suggested that I should contact PayPal to see if my account is restricted, and as you all know, getting hold of PayPal support staff is hard, I'm asking, what should I do?

I'm sorry you're having difficulty receiving payments. If you have any restrictions, you'll typically have a notification as soon as you log into your PayPal account. However, you can also check your Resolution Center. If you find one, you can learn how to lift it on our Help Center here: How do I remove a limitation from my account? If you don't find any, I recommend ensuring your email address is confirmed, and your account is verified. For further information about receiving payments where you're located, please visit our Legal Agreement.

Hi Meghan, thank you for replying.

I got in contact with support via the message center and it turned out that the receive funds feature was turned off.

The issue was resolved and I received the funds successfully right after.
