paypal account not verified

So, I take surveys from Survey Junkie and Qmee When I get 500 points from survey junkie I can redeem $5.00 into my PayPal Account & same with Qmee I have money to redeem to Paypal from both those apps however the other day both apps were indicating that my Paypal account is unverified and therefore I can't redeem my points for cash I am willing to provide a screenshot

I have tried to do everything, like send a photo of my card Apparently my bank account is verified.

To get your PayPal account verified, you have to add and confirm your financials. Have you confirmed your bank account in your PayPal account? You can review the link shared by @kernowlass to complete the verification process. You can also check this article for the steps to confirm your bank account. If your bank account is confirmed, which means your PayPal account is already verified. You have to contact the support team of the Survery to get this checked further.
