every time i try to log in to make a payment ,i keep getting message Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. with header error message [Removed] tried a number of times now refreshed etc but keeps rejecting with error

Sorry to hear that you're not able to complete the payment using PayPal. Payments can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. Please try the payment again at a later time.
