pending problems

from mine side its are not pending. but from them who get my money I sent. to them its are pending, 

why its pending for them. who long are its pending for them.

I mean pending. the other account I send to is pending.

Could be a pending echeque if you funded the payment via a bank account but don't have a back up card linked to your account as well.

However that would normally show as pending on your account as well.

It may also be pending if it was sent as friends/family payment as paypal review those to make sure they are not being used to purchase goods or services against their rules.

Lastly did you send in a currency that the recipient can receive on their paypal account?

So if its showing as paid / sent / complete on YOUR paypal account then you have paid and any 'hold' on the sellers side would be between them and paypal and nothing to do with you. So if that is the case they should send your item.
