"Add Money" not an option for Balance on business account

Hi. I just took over our non-profit's business account linked to a bank. I submitted ID and account is now fully in my name, address etc. I successfully paid one invoice from the bank to a member via PayPal so that works. I've been unable to figure out how to transfer money from the bank to our PayPal Balance. The option "Add Money" does not show up in the dropdown by the Balance box. I have a personal PayPal account and it shows up there.
Since I can pay invoices, it's not super critical but would like a balance there anyway.
What am I missing?

There should be a blue “Add Money” button in the balance box itself, left side corner when logging in from PayPal website or follow the steps found here:

Hi. (This may be a duplicate reply - possible glitch on this side...). The "Add Money" option does not appear on my Balance nor when I choose "Got to Money Page." Appreciate other ideas!

Thanks for the help @sharpiemarker! Sorry to hear that you're not getting the option to add money to your PayPal account. You're not getting the add money option because you may need to first verify your identity or there are pending issues in your account. I would suggest you to check your resolution center or notification tab to complete the pending issues in your account. If the issue persists after this, please reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.
