Sorry to know about the senders not able to process the transactions to your PayPal account. You have to verify your PayPal account to receive payments. Have you verified your PayPal account? To get verified, you need to add and confirm your linked financials. Alternatively, you can check your notifications tab/summary page for any actions you're required to complete.
If the account is already verified and no pending issues, you're all set to receive payments and no further action needed from your end. It is possible that the sender is running into the PayPal security system. PayPal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved and if the system deems risk, it may temporarily block the activity. Please ask the sender to try again at a later date. Feel free to reach PayPal Support team for any additional assistance.
