Where does it say 'received' if not showing in your paypal account?

Secondly have you checked the email address the sender used and made sure there were no spelling errors?

What does it say on the senders paypal account on that transaction ie unclaimed / pending / payment etc?

Lastly how were the funds sent ie friends/family or goods/services?

it does says received on both my email that used in paypal and in the home page. and then the email is all correct, no spelling errors the sender says the transaction is it only says payment and I'm not sure whether its friends/family or goods and services since i made them pay through my kofi (which is connected to my PayPal, i never had an issue with it before)

Then maybe check with customer services?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
