Hello. I have bought a game on the website eneba.com but the transaction was canceled by the site and I didnt get a game (Now I dont need it any more, I want to get my money back), paypal says that the operation will appear in the list within a few days, but the money was debited from the card. Can they cancel this payment? I don't need the product on eneba anymore, I want to get the money back, especially since the payment was rejected by the site
If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card. Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
