the site Discogs is glitching up, and says to get in touch with paypal support.

on the website discogs, its been failing to connect to paypal in order to pay for an order, and it gives me a message  that says

There was a problem processing your order

The transaction could not be completed. If this problem persists, please contact PayPal support.

this has been happening every time ive tried to click on the paypal button, and i have no clue what to do. there's no easy way to get in touch with support, and the merchant doesnt seem to know whats going on either. has this happened to anyone else?

i think itll require me to select a transaction, the problem is that something is preventing the transaction

the paypal information one might be it, but it hadnt been an issue for years until now. theres no way to update it in the order information and i think they will just have to cancel the order. i had one email saved in there, and i changed it the other night, but its just stuck in there right now

i corrected the paypal address information, tried another order, and it was fine and went through
