we need friend and family in dubai

i live in dubai,

its now 2023 and almost 2024 and  our dubai paypal  still dont have friend and family payment method 

when we going to get friend and family payment ty

Not sure how we are supposed to know the answer to that until its announced by Paypal.

Loads of countries do not have that option at the moment.
