Paymaya nothing to do with this because the problem is in Paypal .try to report this to Paypal so they can issue a report.they still gathering report from this issue and about paypal to gcash as far as I know you need to have same email address so you can link it.
Hi i cant transfer anymore my funds from paypal to maya few days ago i hope this gets resolve as soon as possible i know i seen threads too in reddit that they are expiriencing it too the maya cards is not eligible anymore to transfer from paypal to maya
I used Gcash and moved it to Maya the other day. I mainly use Maya for almost everything—pay bills, make ATM withdrawals, etc. I emailed Maya several times with no response, and I received a notification today that their email support will no longer be available starting today 27th (great). I also had a chat with one of their reps, no help there. He seemed to have no clue how PayPal transfers work. He said that everything in my account is fine and advised me to contact PayPal. Guess what PayPal said—contact Maya. *facepalm*
This ridiculous, it's obviouslle the issue is with PayPal since PayPal is the app that isn't accepting our Paymaya visa cards. I tried Gotyme but PayPal didn't accept either.
Any update on this issue, its the end of the month and some of us need to pay bills. I've tried to order a new card a Mastercard one doesn't work, tried to use Gcash card doesn't work too. Seems even some other bank apps stop working for some people too. Gotyme sometimes doesn't work for some and CIMB bank stopped working too.
I mostly get my commission money from Paypal and I just link my Paypal account to my gcash from "Profile"> "My Linked Accounts"> "Paypal". You can cash-in and select "Global Banks and Partners" > Then select "Paypal". I'm resorting to Gcash for now. I seriously don't know if Maya is going to sort this out. :')

Hai salamat, that resolved my problem. Luckily i got a Gcash account so i was able to get my money out from PayPal, lol i forgot that there's an option on Gcash app that allows to link my PayPal account instead of their cards. It seems the problem is that any withdrawing options using Maya, Gcash, or Gotyme visa/master cards have issues, not sure though but just a hunch.
I think the problem is with Maya's physical card. I used it in Watsons and SM Grocery thru their credit card terminal and it was declined as well. My assumption is Maya physical card may no longer be valid as a debit card even though still not expired. I suggest we contact Maya to verify.
