I have used paymaya for 8 years to transfer money from usa-paypal to ph-paypal then from ph-paypal to my paymaya card. While i have had some strange issues like them removing my card from being LINKED for whatever reason I have always been able to solve them however there is something new going on.
Today May 22 I logged in to transfer funds from Paypal to Maya and this happend.
1. My cards not showing or linked any more so it asked some kind of verification. I didn't know what it was thought maybe txt message but it was actually a physical address verification. I guess they going to send a number to my home address (My paypal home address is 3 addresses ago so good luck with that)
2. It sent me a text message with 4 digit code. I hoped that would give me access but even though i put correct code it did nothing. Maybe that code was just to trigger the mailing of the physical code (Not sure).. Anyway I dunno what is going on. I'm going to try back tommorow. This has worked mostly flawlessly for me over 8 years transferring my paypal money to myself using paymaya every 2 or so weeks. Maybe paypal or maya made changes but it sure seems it would be announced if maya did it, but paypal is a huge company so good luck finding info on them. Either way its not clear.
3. My other maya card isn't working anymore. A previously linked card that is still valid and unexpired. When i try to put this card back i get the following message. "Your card number is incorrect. Try again"
