I am getting an error code 431 for several months when trying to pay the same Chinese Vendor. The payment just won't go through. I'm using Chrome on a Windows PC. I have to work around from a different link to make the payment which is terribly inconvieniant. Thanks in advance. Is there any Tech Support at Paypal or only the community?
