Why am I not able to send a no-fee transaction to "Friends and Family" (withdrawing from bank account)?

I do understand that you want make no-fees transaction. Please read this article to get more information. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).

Are you funding it from a debit card OR a linked and confirmed bank account?

Does the recipient have a personal or business account?

Is the recipient in another country or U.S?
