On to your question - I'm afraid our systems don't allow for the addition of virtual credit cards to your account. That unfortunately means that you will not be able to add a virtual card to your PayPal account. I understand that this may not be news you're looking forward to but I hope that it at least clears up any doubts anyone may have regarding using virtual credit cards with PayPal.
