hi my name is praveen kumar S E , i want to buy a chemical from one chinese company, they told to send the money in US Dollars through paypal account after receiving the payment they will ship the chemical .. how to do the payment and is that payment is secure ....can i pay through the credit card from india... please somebody help me in this
