BEP-20 coins stuck in Paypal wallet

Hi.  Has anybody tried recovering BEP-20 coins sent to Paypal wallet address?  I've reached out to Paypal customer service for assistance, and it has been absolute zero help there.

Nope so far Paypal has not been able to help with this.  To my understanding, a private key is needed in order to retrieve these BEP-20 coins, and that private key needs to come from Paypal or whoever they are using as their crypto exchange.  But so far Paypal has not been able to help provide that private key.
