I've recently set up a new Paypal account. I've added my card and so on. The problem resides in when I try to add a bank account. I put in my IBAN and im greeted with "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.", pretty much giving me an error prompt with no reason as to why it's not working. The Paypal account in question is My IBAN resides from Swedbank with my location being Estonia. I've always had trouble linking my bank cause i would love to transfer my funds to my credit card. I don't know what i've done wrong but any information regarding why the link up process isn't working would help a lot.

As far as I am aware you can link a bank account in Estonia as per link.

Or reach out to customer services.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I've indeed contacted them through Twitter, they weren't much help, just told me to come here to ask for help.
Now I myself am not fond of the whole "calling them solution", I'd deeply appreciate if some Paypal agent would contact me. I've also tried all the other ways, all failed. In the past i've linked up my bank account in the past, that time it worked but at the time i failed to verify the bank. (As in enter the right amount of money sent to my bank account) Is it possilbe me failing the verifacation proccess get my bank banned/blocked from ever being added again?
Cuz ever since then I've been getting that exact same "Try again later" message.
