I have an old paypal account (created in 2012) and I didn't use it until these days.
I decided to transfer my earning to this account. About a month a reset my password, yesterday I linked my Paysera card to it, and transfer 25 USD from my account in a freelancing site. I received the money in paypal today.
Today I've tried to transfer my funds to my Paysera card, but I can't do this, I get this error: "Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank."
I would like to know what causes the error and how can I fix it.
